WELCOME TO OUR VOLUNTEER COMMUNITY!
Calgary Northwest Basketball is a 100% volunteer-run, non-profit. From our coaches to our administrative staff, every program we run depends entirely on the dedication of our families. In support of this, all registered families are expected to help in some capacity.
You can choose a role that fits your schedule and comfort level, whether that means assisting the greater organization (such as helping with player evaluations or uniforms) or contributing directly to your child’s specific team (like coaching, managing, or scorekeeping).
Volunteer Commitment Policy
- Non-Volunteer Fee: $200 per player (up to a maximum of $400 per family).
- This fee is only applied if a family chooses to opt out or does not complete their designated volunteer role during the season.
